CIPA College 2007 Exhibitors Information

CIPA College includes a small trade show (20 table top displays). Exhibitors will have the opportunity to offer valuable solutions to attendees and showcase their products and services. CIPA hosts the largest independent publishing association conference with two and a half days of programming and attendance over 250.

The ideal exhibitor is a professional/business who can offer a solution to independent publishing. Printing, graphic design and layout, marketing and publicity professionals are all desired exhibitors.

Exhibit Package Includes:

  • 1 skirted (30 inch X 6’) table with two chairs and signage

  • Exhibitor listing in College

  • Workbook including:

  • Company logo

  • Contact information

  • 2 Exhibitor Badges

  • Digital database of all ‘Opt in’ Participants, including emails

  • 2 Breakfasts and all breaks

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
Two exhibitors, admittance to the conference, educational sessions, exhibit hall, continental breakfast, morning and afternoon breaks, lunch and reception.
Exhibitor attendance is limited to two per Exhibit table! There will be no selling allowed to attendee’s without a table purchased or person will be asked to leave!

INSTALLATION HOURS:
Thursday March 22, 2007
2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.


All exhibits must be set up and show-ready by 7:00 a.m., Friday March 23, 2006. Any exhibit space
not occupied by 7:00 a.m. will be reassigned, with no refund due to the original exhibitor.

DISMANTLING:
No display may be dismantled before show closing on Saturday March 24, 2007.

Etiquette:
1. Must confine all activities to their contracted booth space.
2. Who use models or artisans must be sure that their appearance and dress will not offend even the most critical.


CIPA reserves the right to order the removal of any materials or activity deemed inappropriate to the
exposition.

THE USE OF FOOD & BEVERAGE:
Food and beverages may be dispensed from the exhibitor’s booth within the following guidelines:

1. Exhibitor must receive written approval from CIPA.
2. The distribution area must be kept clean and attractive.
3. Exhibitor must provide all attendees the opportunity to sample.
4. No alcoholic beverages may be served in exhibit booths.
5. No cooking can take place in exhibit booths.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:
All booth cancellations must be submitted in writing. A full refund less $200.00 will be issued if the cancellation is received prior to 5:00 p.m. on March 1, 2006. No refunds will be issued after that time. NO EXCEPTIONS
