All ADs will be printed in
Gray Scale (black and white).
Submissions
are preferred to be as electronic files. However, camera-ready artwork
will also be accepted at the sizes listed below and with these
specifications:

Camera-ready artwork
submissions will need to be a PMT or high-resolution (300DPI or
better) B&W (Gray Scale) quality laser print at actual size.
AD Sizes available are:

Cover ADs should be 8.5
wide by 11 tall with a 1/4 inch bleed on all 4 sides (bleed is not
included in measurement given here)

Full page size: 6.875" wide
by 9.25" tall - NO Bleeds Please

Half page size: 6.875" wide
by 4.375" tall
-
Quarter page size: 3.1875"
wide by 4.375" tall
-
Business card size: 3.1875"
wide by 1.942" tall
If you send
your AD electronically, please follow the specifications below:

The file must be
EPS format (Macintosh or PC accepted)

All fonts must be
converted to outlines or paths

All graphic links
must be included (this includes clip art and photos)

All scanned
photos must be B&W (Gray Scale) tiff at 300 DPI at actual size

All scanned line
art must be B&W tiff at 1200 DPI at actual size

Any file
adjustments or "creation" will be charged at $70 per hour to the
advertiser
