CIPA is a volunteer organization. We understand that Members, Associates and Vendors may have personal preferences for delivering information to be used in programs, catalogs and workbooks for advertising purposes. We applaud your individuality, but insist that files and information that are requested be delivered to CIPA's contact point in CIPA's specs and timelines. If files do not meet specs, you will be contacted via email to alter them. If they aren't, your reservation for space will be canceled. Any moneys paid for advertising will be refunded. There are no exceptions.
