CIPA Offering Free Virtual Meeting
“Authors and Independent Publishers —Working Together”
Following the directives of local officials and the CDC, our CIPA March 21 get together will be a virtual meeting. Now more than ever the importance of staying connected and supporting each other in our publishing endeavors has become markedly apparent. Beyond that, with the online capabilities of Zoom, we have decided to extend our outreach to the greater publishing community. I look forward to our meeting, working, and learning together during these trying times.
March 20th Free Virtual Meeting: Same 9:00 start time!
Please join us for the sixth leg of our publishing journey, How Best to Work With a Literary Agent Without Being Shaken or Stirred, with guest speaker Sandra Bond. Learn what agents look for in deciding to work with an author, tips on how an author should approach an agent, specifics on what to expect in your agent agreement, and much more in what poses to be a lively interactive question and answer period.
